Dear new Homeowner/Resident,
Welcome to Applegate North! We believe you have moved to one of the most beautiful town home communities in the Pasadena area. Applegate has much to offer and its homeowners take pride in keeping their homes and community well maintained.
In order to help keep the homes and the community well maintained and protect the value of each homeowner’s investment there are two documents that govern the community and each homeowner agreed to abide by the content of these documents when they bought or rented their home. They are available for viewing and downloading at the community website www.applegatenorth.com or from Howard Property Management, Inc., the property management company for Applegate North. Howard’s contact information is below.

Please take the time to read and become familiar with these documents. Each community has different rules and regulations so it is important to know what the rules and regulations of Applegate North are.
Applegate North has a Board of Directors made up of 4 or 5 homeowners in the community. It is the Boards responsibility to oversee all financial aspects of the community and to oversee Howard Property Management, Inc. and its day-to-day management of our community. The Board meets quarterly and each member serves a 2-year renewable term. Please visit the website if being a Board member interests you and you would like to talk to a present Board member. You may also call Howard Property Management, Inc. and express your interest to our property manager Paul Gerulaitis.
Applegate North also has an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) made up of 3 or more homeowners in the community. The ARC is responsible for ensuring that any change or improvement to the exterior of a home conforms to the Declaration and Bylaws. The ARC meets monthly and each member serves a 1-year renewable term. Please visit the website if being an ARC member interests you and you would like to talk to a present ARC member.
