Reminders for Residents

Commercial vehicles are not to be parked within the community of Applegate North.  All residents/homeowners have been notified by mail that this is strictly prohibited within the community.  Details can be found in the revised parking policy.

The Board and the ARC would like to issue a reminder to homeowners that live on Apple Valley Drive and have property that back up to the woods. PLEASE DO NOT TRIM OR CUT ANY TREES OR VEGETATION THAT IS NOT ON YOUR PROPERTY! Your property goes to about the bottom of the hill and all ground beyond that is common area. The woods are deemed a conservation area by Anne Arundel County and the Association could be fined by Anne Arundel County for cutting and/or trimming trees without a permit. The Board and the ARC appreciate that you are trying to enhance the appearance of your property by eliminating the less desirable trees and vegetation. Please bring it to the attention of one of the Board or ARC members before you do any cutting yourself - Thank you.

Be courteous to our neighbors, whether it means picking up waste from your pet or parking your vehicle in designated curbside overflow parking areas.  Some residents have expressed some concern.  Thank you!!!
